WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO

Qualification is the beginning—not the finish line

MPL has never viewed instructor training as a box-ticking route through three tests. After helping dozens of local people become successful driving instructors, we know the real work is learning to listen, adapt, manage risk and give pupils the confidence to think for themselves.

Our aim is to develop instructors whom learners can trust: professionals who understand the standard, explain it clearly and keep improving long after qualification.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Driving instructor training with MPL

Do you offer ADI Part 1 training?

We can help you understand the qualification route and point you towards suitable theory-study resources. MPL's one-to-one practical coaching is principally focused on Parts 2 and 3.

Can I come to MPL after starting with another trainer?

Yes. We can assess where you are now and build a plan around your present strengths, development needs and previous test experience.

Do I need a pink badge to train with MPL?

No. Part 2 and Part 3 training can begin before a trainee licence. Pink-badge support is available for eligible PDIs who choose that route and complete MPL's onboarding process.

Is the training one-to-one?

Yes. Practical sessions are planned around you, with clear feedback and priorities rather than a generic fixed script.

Does MPL guarantee that I will pass?

No responsible trainer can guarantee a DVSA test result. MPL will give you honest feedback, focused preparation and continued support, but the standard and final decision remain with the DVSA examiner.
