Do I need to meet MPL before signing up?

Yes. All instructors — ADIs and PDIs — must attend an onboarding meeting with MPL before signing up. This ensures you choose the correct franchise plan, understand how support and billing work, and that MPL confirms you are ready to teach under the brand.

Do you support PDIs (trainee instructors)?

Yes — but only under the PDI Franchise (£280) option. This provides the correct level of support, marketing, training and diary-building needed for trainee instructors. Once you qualify, you can move into the Full-Time or Part-Time plans.

Do all franchise options include ongoing training?

Yes. All MPL franchise options include ongoing training and development, including lesson planning support, teaching guidance and Standards Check preparation.

Join a driving school designed to support instructors, generate pupil enquiries and take away much of the day-to-day admin that can get in the way of teaching.

£200 one-off onboarding package

Your onboarding package includes a personalised MPL headboard with your name, MPL GO account and profile setup, initial onboarding and support, and everything needed to get you ready to work under the MPL brand.

No weekly franchise fee is charged until your first paying MPL-supplied pupil comes on board. After that, your franchise starts from £25 per week and is based only on the level of MPL-supplied work in your diary.
