Flexible intensive driving courses with MPL
Build your driving skills over a shorter period with focused, structured tuition from an MPL instructor. Choose a 12, 20 or 30-hour course in a manual or automatic car.
An intensive course shaped around you
“Intensive” does not have to mean rushing. Your course is arranged around your current ability, availability and the instructor’s diary. Some learners benefit from two 2-hour lessons in a day; others may manage three. The sessions can be spread differently where that produces safer, more useful learning.
We normally recommend speaking to MPL before purchasing if you are unsure which course is suitable.

Important course information
Will I have two or three lessons every day?
Not automatically. The usual building block is a 2-hour lesson. Where it is suitable and the diary allows, a day may contain two or three 2-hour sessions with appropriate breaks. Your final schedule is agreed with MPL and the instructor.
Is a practical driving test included or guaranteed?
No. Course tuition and practical-test availability are separate. MPL cannot guarantee a DVSA test date, that a learner will be ready by a particular date, or that the learner will pass.
Which course should I choose?
Course A is aimed at experienced learners needing focused preparation. Course B offers wider development over 20 hours. Course C provides the most tuition at 30 hours. If you are uncertain, contact MPL before paying.
Do I need to travel?
These courses are centred on Peterborough and surrounding areas. Instructor and vehicle availability varies, so some learners may need to travel to an agreed meeting point.
Can the timetable change?
Yes. Intensive tuition must still be safe and useful. Timing may change because of progress, availability, illness, weather, vehicle issues or other circumstances covered by the package terms.
