Our PDI Franchise is designed specifically for trainee instructors (pink badge)
who want structured support, a growing diary, and a clear route into a full
MPL franchise once qualified.
All new PDIs must attend an onboarding meeting with MPL before choosing this
franchise plan. Please do not sign up until you have been approved
and instructed to proceed.

PDI Franchise FAQs
Yes. This plan is specifically for trainee instructors who hold a
pink badge (or are very close to holding one). Once you qualify
as an ADI you can move onto one of the standard MPL franchise plans.
The PDI Franchise includes maximum office and diary help, access to
MPL branding and systems, use of the instructor portal, support
getting your first learners, and regular 1-to-1 coaching while you
work towards qualification.
Yes. A key part of this franchise is helping you build an early pupil
base, so you can gain real lesson experience and start earning while
you complete your training.
Yes. Once you qualify as an ADI you can move onto the Full-Time,
Part-Time or Partner franchise options after speaking with the MPL
office. We’ll help you choose the best fit.
Franchise payments are collected monthly by Direct Debit via Stripe.
Payments are taken automatically each month until you change or
cancel the agreement.
You’ll need to have completed your initial training to the point
where you’re ready for a trainee licence, and you must attend an
onboarding meeting with MPL so we can confirm that this franchise
is the right option for you.
