MPL PDI Franchise – Training & Support
PDI Franchise for Trainee Instructors
Our PDI Franchise is designed specifically for trainee instructors (pink badge)
who want structured support, a growing diary, and a clear route into a full
MPL franchise once qualified.
All new PDIs must attend an onboarding meeting with MPL before choosing this
franchise plan. Please do not sign up until you have been approved
and instructed to proceed.
A franchise that grows with you
No franchise fee until your first MPL-supplied pupil pays. Your weekly fee then follows the number of teaching hours MPL supplies, with a clear maximum.
The sliding scale is based on MPL-supplied teaching hours booked for each week, excluding cancelled bookings. Pupils you bring yourself do not count towards these thresholds. One-off enrolment fee: £200 for both trainee PDIs and qualified ADIs, payable after acceptance and before the franchise becomes active. It covers joining administration and setup and is non-refundable once those services have commenced, subject to statutory rights. Applying is free. There is no fixed minimum franchise term, and either party may give two weeks’ written notice. You also receive 2 weeks’ franchise-fee holiday per year, subject to your agreed franchise terms. Weekly fees are subject to your agreed franchise terms. Any additional PDI training costs are agreed separately.
